We strive to respond to requests in 1-2 business days–you can help by including the required information!
- Send request from a Law Enforcement Agency or Official Government Entity via a registered email domain (authorized email address)
- Include a valid and enforceable legal process (e.g. a warrant, subpoena, court order or equivalent official request) lawfully compelling us to produce the information requested
- Include the name and contact information of the individual law enforcement agent or government representative who is authorized to serve the request
- Include the specific details of the information sought, i.e. the associated number subject of the enquiry and the specific time period for which the information is requested
Requests must be made in writing via email–we cannot provide records of information based on a verbal request.
